I’m Jeffrey Christensen
After beginning my legal career in 2003, and working for others for a few long years, I ventured out on my own in December 2007 to pursue and focus on both my preferred areas of legal practice and to create a more balanced life.
My practice focuses almost entirely on estate and business planning and estate, trust and probate administration, with a smattering of contentious litigation to go along. I have helped draft and amend hundreds of estate plans and assisted countless trustees and executors through the trust administration or probate processes. I help to plan for the future and to help others work through what is sometimes the most difficult time of all, the loss of a loved one with kindness, patience, and diligence.
I received my undergraduate degree in 1999 from Brigham Young University in International Law and Legal Studies, with a minor in Portuguese; and graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU in 2003. I still seek opportunities to read and speak Portuguese and have served both Brazilian and Portuguese clients.
I enjoy playing guitar, hiking with my family, spending time on the lake, and simple or complex home improvement projects. I love serving in the community and am heavily involved with local children and youth service and sports programs.
